Fremont Man Arrested Following Rape Of Incapacitated Woman: Police
Police say that they have video evidence of the rape.

FREMONT, CA — A Fremont man was arrested on June 30 for allegedly raping a woman while she was incapacitated in the back seat of his car, according to police.
Police say that the assault happened the previous Friday.
An 18-year-old woman alleges she drank alcohol at an establishment in San Jose with acquaintance Morgan Foster, 30. Foster allegedly plied the woman with multiple drinks and then drove her to his residence in Fremont, where he is accused of sexually assaulting her in his car.

Police say they have statements from involved parties and witnesses, as well as video evidence of the assault.
Morgan was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on suspicion of rape and has been charged on multiple counts by prosecutors, police said. He is currently out on bail.
