Fremont Safety Fair Returns Saturday
Free hot dogs, a dunk tank and a bike rodeo will provide the backdrop for this weekend's educational safety fair.

FREMONT, CA — Fremont's police and fire departments are teaming up to host a weekend safety fair to equip neighbors of all ages with potentially life-saving knowledge.
This year's fair will get underway Saturday morning outside the police department on Stevenson Boulevard, with a packed schedule of activities stretching into the afternoon.
Kids will get a chance to get up close with police and fire vehicles, and parents will be able to pick up free gun storage boxes, wheel locks and smoke alarms. Free hot dogs will supplement the food trucks in cooking up lunch, and other family-friendly fun includes a dunk tank and bike rodeo.
