Have 'A Tail-Wagging Good Time' At East Bay Event
A dog-themed celebration happening this weekend in Fremont will feature demonstrations, crafts, local vendors, live music and more.
FREMONT, CA — There's a canine-themed party happening Saturday, and the community is welcome to attend.
Called "Downtown Dog Days," the free, family-friendly celebration will feature dog handling demonstrations and trainings, hands-on dog-themed crafts, live music, food trucks, dog adoptions, a low-cost pet vaccination clinic and local vendors such as Adventure Paws, Chew-E and Tasty, Crazy Puppy Co. and Fiesta Paws.
For further incentive, "100 lucky dogs will get a FREE Ben & Jerry’s dog ice cream," according to Dog Days organizers.

Downtown Dog Days will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Fremont Downtown Event Center.
