Heavy Rain Reported In Tri-Valley
Skies are clear over much of the Bay Area, as scattered showers move through.
PLEASANTON, CA — The National Weather Service is reporting scattered showers across the Bay Area Tuesday afternoon, with some residents of the Tri-Valley were reporting downpours at 4:45 p.m. and steady rain continuing.
At 4:15, the weather service tweeted, "We've had reports of small hail with some of those showers."
The rain is still falling so there are no rainfall totals, but weather radar shows widely scattered showers.

Meanwhile, problems were reported earlier in other parts of the Bay Area. Special weather statements for wind and hail were issued for Napa and the surrounding area until 3:30 p.m. and the Morgan Hill area in southern Santa Clara County until 2:30 p.m.
No damage or injuries have been reported as a result of the storms.
