Man Stabbed During Funeral Gathering at Hotel
The victim did not sustain life-threatening injuries.

A man was hospitalized Saturday after being stabbed at a Fremont hotel, police said.
According to Fremont police, officers responded to the Best Western hotel, located at 5400 Mowry Ave., at about 9:50 p.m. where a large group of funeral attendees were gathered.
A fight broke out over a romantic issue between some of the individuals. One man was eventually stabbed, police said.

The victim was transported to a local trauma center for his injuries, but the wounds were not believed to be life threatening, according to police.
Police said the victim was uncooperative.
