Measure K Senior Exemption Waiver Available
The exemption application is available for Fremont residents 65 years old or older

From the Fremont Unified School District
The Fremont Unified School District provides an opportunity for senior citizens to apply for a Senior Exemption Waiver to the Measure K Parcel Tax annually.
Fremont residents, 65 years of age or older on June 30, 2013, who own and live in a single-family home may apply for this exemption.
The exemption waiver application is available to the public at every school site, the Fremont Main Library, the Fremont Senior Center and is posted on the Fremont Unified School District web site.

Chinese and Spanish translations of the waiver are also available.
The application can be filled out online, printed and then submitted with the required supporting documentation.

In order to provide access for any eligible senior citizen to obtain a form for the Waiver Exemption from the Measure K Parcel Tax, copies will be available at all locations listed above.
