Police Find Wedding Album; Owners Sought
Authorities are looking for the owner of a photo album full of images from a 2008 wedding, which is entitled 'Vijay weds Ranjit'
Editor's note and update: Fremont police released a brief statment Nov. 21 stating that two residents have contacting the police department regarding this missing item and that officers are working on getting the wedding album back to its owners.

On Nov. 20, 2012 at 5:42 p.m., officers were dispatched to a report of found property at Kindercare Child Care Center in Fremont. At 4:30 p.m. a parent handed the reporting party a gold briefcase they found under a large tree in the parking lot of the school.

The front of the suitcase said "Happy Wedding 12/04/2008 in USA", with a wedding picture. It also said "Vijay weds Ranjit". The suitcase was full of wedding pictures.
Officers and Property Unit staff members have conducted numerous record an online checks in an attempt to locate the owners, but have been unsuccessful. Due to the unique nature of the found property, we are utilizing Nixle in an attempt to return these personal items.
If you recognize the suitcase or wedding photo, we ask that you please contact our Property Unit at 510-790-6920. An appointment is required to reclaim found property. The Unit is open today, but will be closed for the holiday, resuming business hours on Monday.
