FREMONT, CA — Henry Shen photographed a solar halo at Lake Elizabeth, in Fremont, last Saturday morning. Shen was pleased with the sighting, noting in an email to Patch, "This is not quite common — I remember last time I saw it was about 3.5 years ago."
