Sahgal, a senior engineer, lives an active life, both physically and in the community. He volunteers at a local mission and has ridden in the Tour de Cure diabetes charity bike ride for five years.
“I exercise regularly—hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and strength training about four days a week, along with weekly meditation classes,” Sahgal notes in his contest profile. “It’s equally important to me that I eat healthy, working foods like chicken and fish, salads, whole grains, water, and protein shakes into my diet, and very little sugar. I carry healthy snacks to work to stay disciplined. I don’t smoke, but I do enjoy a glass of wine with dinner—and sometimes a single malt over the weekend.”
Voting ends at 8:59 p.m. (11:59 p.m. EST).
