Tri-City Animal Shelter to Provide Free Kitten Adoptions for 'Whisker Wednesdays'
Adoption fees for kittens will be waived every Wednesday through the end of summer.

The Tri-City Animal Shelter has an abundance of kittens and more are coming in every day. In an effort to find forever homes for these adorable little pets, adoption fees for kittens will be waived every Wednesday through the end of summer.
