Buhach Colony High School Alum Selected for Television Academy Internship in Hollywood
Ashley Morales to Intern at RNR Media and the National Lampoon this Summer

Buhach Colony High School alumna Ashley Morales has been selected for the prestigious Television Academy Foundation Internship program. She is one of 40 students chosen by Television Academy members from across the country for the 2025 Summer Internship program. The Foundation offers paid internships at top Hollywood studios and production companies annually to college students nationwide.
Morales is a 2025 graduate of California State University, Northridge, who majored in television production and minored in photography and video. She will be an intern this summer in the scripted series development department at RNR Media/National Lampoon, a production company specializing in physical production of feature-length motion pictures for video-on-demand, television and theatrical release, in Los Angeles through the Foundation’s program.
“I am thrilled to see my dream start to become realized,” said Morales. “A career in entertainment feels like a far away dream; but as I build my network and knowledge, I know that dream is becoming a reality. I’m very grateful to be a part of this [internship] program and am excited to build my knowledge beyond the classroom and make lasting connections.”
Originally from Merced, California, Morales attended Buhach Colony High School in Atwater, California.
