Fresno Woman Found Dead After Disappearing More Than Two Months Ago
Jolissa Fuentes had been missing since the early morning hours of August 7 in Selma.

FRESNO, CA – The body of Selma woman Jolissa Fuentes has been found two months after her family reported her missing, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
After Chief Rudy Alcaraz of the Selma Police Department discovered “vehicle debris” and old tire tracks that led off the edge of a cliff along Trimmer Springs Road, near Pine Flat Lake on Monday, he contacted the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office for search and rescue assistance, according to the statement.
More than 400 feet off the roadway, a damaged car and Fuentes' personal belongings were discovered with the help of drones and deputies, authorities said.
