1. 14 arrested at weekend DUI checkpoint in Fresno (kmph.com) — Fourteen drivers were arrested for DUI at a Fresno checkpoint Saturday night at Fig Garden Drive and Bullard Avenue, where police screened 364 vehicles. Officers also cited 24 motorists for driving unlicensed or with suspended licenses. Another DUI enforcement operation is already planned for this coming Saturday, aiming to keep Fresno roads safer during the holidays.
