Visalia, California Welcomes Charcuterie Store and Catering Concept

Graze Craze®, a fast-growing new charcuterie concept that specializes in fresh, high-quality grazing boards and boxes, opened its first Visalia store at 3833 W. Caldwell Ave., Suite F, in the WinCo Shopping Center. At Graze Craze, charcuterie experts called Grazologists™ craft beautifully arranged grazing boards, picnic boxes and more featuring the finest ingredients, like fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts and more. Perfect for nibbling or hearty graze-style meals, the specialty store and caterer’s offerings are available in a variety of sizes to complement any occasion, with several different ingredient and flavor combinations to satisfy to any lifestyle and please any palate.

Overlin and Holly Zamora, the husband-wife team behind the new Graze Craze location in Visalia, have spent over 28 years together raising four children and pursuing careers in IT and education. When the Zamoras were introduced to the Graze Craze concept, they fell in love with its mantra to Celebrate Everything. They thought a charcuterie store and catering business would provide the perfect opportunity to engage the community in a new way, bringing people together over beautiful food to create meaningful memories.

The concept offers something for everyone, like the popular Gone Grazey board, perfectly balanced to provide a bit of everything – a mix of cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts and more. The Vegegrazian is impeccably designed with a plethora of fresh fruits and vegetables for anyone living a plant-based lifestyle. For those with an undeniable sweet tooth, the Sweet & Grazey is artfully arranged using an abundance of decadent desserts, like gourmet chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips to accent the irresistible flavors.

The artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in several different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for snacking, to a variety of board sizes that can be incorporated into a grazing-style table display with enough fresh food to feed a large party. The Visalia Graze Craze is open for pick-up, catering, and free local delivery Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday through Saturday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
