2 Men Dead In Domestic Dispute In Santa Clara County: Police
A 68-year-old man was shot by his family member who then barricaded himself in the garage, police said.
GILROY, CA — A man shot and killed his family member Sunday in Gilroy but officers found the suspect in the garage dead from possibly a self-inflicted gunshot, police said.
At around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office deputies received a call about a shooting at a home on Sheldon Avenue.
Police said they were told by witnesses that a family member had been shot and the suspect had barricaded himself in the garage.

When officers entered the house they found the 68-year-old victim had been fatally shot.
Police said they then sent in a drone and learned the suspect was dead in the garage from a possible self-inflicted gunshot.
