GILROY, CA — Miller Avenue between 6th and 3rd streets in Gilroy was closed Wednesday morning due to a downed tree and power pole, according to the Gilroy Police Department.
Crews were on scene at 4 a.m. and the road was expected to be closed for several hours, police said at 6:30 a.m.
People were advised to avoid the area.
