Free Adult Flu Shots Saturday
The CDC recommends that everyone six months and older should get a flu shot early -- before the season begins.
GILROY, CA -- Don't want to be laid up this winter from the flu? The Valley Health Centers in three Santa Clara County cities are hosting health stations on Saturday for adults to get free flu shots, a recommendation the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention makes for everyone over six months old.
The hours of operation for the three locations is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Another flu shot day in all three places will also be staged on Nov. 17.
The health center in Gilroy is located at 7475 Camino Arroyo. The one in San Jose is located at 976 Lenzen Ave., while the station in Milpitas is set up at 143 N. Main St.
