Gilroy Crews Begin Clearing Flooded Creek At Christmas Hill Park

GILROY, CA — Crews were attempting to clear Uvas Creek at Silva’s Crossing on Miller Avenue Friday after the creek flooded over the roadway and closed the road Thursday.

The creek is adjacent to Christmas Hill Park. The road was expected to reopen by the end of the day Friday, according to the Gilroy Dispatch.
