GILROY, CA — For the second time in recent weeks, public works crews in Gilroy cleared water from Silva's Crossing on Miller Avenue after flooding closed the roadway Monday.

The week of Dec. 13 also saw flooding at Uvas Creek, with a pool of water at the bottom of a slope on the road.
