Gilroy Hosts NorCal Little League Championship Tournaments: SEE

GILROY, CA — This year's Little League Northern California Championship tournaments for 10-and-under teams were hosted by Gilroy Little League at Gilroy Sports Park.

More than 250 little leagues across the region vied for the title, according to San Jose's Union Little League, which took second place in the competition for 8- to 10-year-olds.

First place in that competition went to another Bay Area team. San Ramon's Canyon Creek Little League took home the regional title after its 10-and-under team went undefeated.

"What an amazing week we had at the NorCal 10U Little League State Championship Tournament," Gilroy Little League wrote on Facebook. "We want to thank all the participating teams, volunteers, board members, umpires, and families. You all made it a great experience!"
