Gilroy Man Arrested On Indecent Exposure Charges

GILROY, CA -- A 29-year-old Gilroy man is facing three counts of indecent exposure for three alleged incidents in Gilroy and Morgan Hill, Santa Clara Sheriff's reported after his arrest Friday.

One of the incidents reported involved a Gilroy High School student walking going onto school grounds in the parking lot a few weeks ago. One victim in which Damian Arellano is being accused of exposing himself was as young as age 13, the county sheriff's detectives reported.

Arellano, who is already a registered sex registrant, was booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.
