Gilroy Plans Service On Two-Year Anniversary Of Festival Shooting
A gunman killed three people and injured 17 before killing himself at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in 2019.

GILROY, CA — The city of Gilroy will hold a memorial service for the victims of the 2019 Garlic Festival shooting later this month on the two-year anniversary of the incident.
The service will take place at the Ranch Site of Christmas Hill Park on July 28 at 10 a.m. Mayor Marie Blankley and members of the city council will attend. Blankley will speak at the service, which will also include a moment of silence.
