Gilroy Seeks Volunteers For Bicycle, Pedestrian Count
The count will support future active transportation projects based in Santa Clara County.
GILROY, CA — Volunteers are needed in Gilroy to help conduct bicycle and pedestrian counts to support transportation projects based in Santa Clara County.
There will be counts taken at 10 locations near East Gilroy neighborhoods. They will take place on May 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and two shifts on May 26 — from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
All volunteers will receive a $5 gift card for Starbucks for each three-hour shift.

Volunteers are also required to participate in a training via Zoom on May 16.
