Hillary Clinton Schedules Salinas "Organizing Event" For Wednesday

SALINAS -Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is scheduled to attend a Salinas "organizing event" this Wednesday, May 25, according to information provided by Clinton campaign officials.

Clinton will continue campaigning in California ahead of the June 7 Democratic presidential primary.

The Salinas Organizing Event is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. in Building G of Hartnell College, 411 Central Avenue, Salinas.

Organizers say doors will open to the public at 12:00 p.m.

Clinton is scheduled to appear in San Jose on Thursday, the day after her Salinas appearance.

Campaign officials say Clinton will ask Californians for their support and urge them to go out and vote on Election Day.

Officials say Clinton is also likely to discuss income raises for California families, lowering health care costs, improving education, and "break(ing) down the barriers that hold too many Americans back."
