In New Video of Council Retreat, a Meeting of Visions

The city of Gilroy released a video archive Tuesday of the City Council's annual goal setting session. Separated into chapters, the video is an easy-to-navigate tool for residents who want to sit in on the discussion.

While the two-day event in late January involved an expansive agenda, the council was not voting on any binding measures. Rather, the retreat served as a way to outline the goals for the coming year.

Issues discussed at the session included the improvement of Gilroy's downtown and the expansion of recreation services.
