Man Arrested for Flashing Girls in Morgan Hill

Police want parents to remind their children about 'Stranger Danger'.

A Morgan Hill man was arrested last weekend on suspicion he exposed himself to two underage girls earlier this month, police in Morgan Hill reported Friday.

Two girls told police a man flashed them around 3 p.m. on May 16 as they walked behind Dairy Delite, 17735 Monterey Rd. As they were walking an older model white GMC Yukon with oversize tires drove up and blocked their pathway, police said.

Then the driver raised his body enough to expose his genitals to the girls, police said.

More than a week after the incident, police arrested Richard Baxter, 47. He was jailed on May 25, police reported.
