Man Who Threatened Brother With Gun Hunted By Morgan Hill Police
The man allegedly threatened his brother in the Acacia Mobile Home Park on Monterey Road and left before police could locate him.

MORGAN HILL, CA -- Police in Morgan Hill are searching for a man who allegedly threatened his brother with a gun at a mobile home park and fled the area on Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to the Acacia Mobile Home Park at 18055 Monterey Road at about 1:40 p.m. Monday on a report of a disturbance involving a gun. Alberto Hernandez, 36, allegedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill his brother, according to police.
The victim left the trailer uninjured and called police. Officers tried to contact Hernandez inside the trailer, but learned he had already left. They searched the surrounding area and were unable to locate him. Hernandez is homeless and may be traveling with another person.

Police said he is considered armed and dangerous and anyone who knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
