Missing Gilroy Man With Alzheimer's Located After Brief Search
In a news release, Gilroy police thanked "everyone that helped located him so quickly" on Monday afternoon.
GILROY, CA — A missing Gilroy man in his 80s with Alzheimer’s disease was located Monday afternoon after a brief search, according to police.
The man had walked away from his residence in Peregrine Drive around 2 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Shortly before 4 p.m., he was located north of Gilroy in safe condition, according to police.
