Paramedic

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?:

He works nights in Santa Cruz County as a 9-1-1 paramedic. The nights are the busiest times of the day there and he is constantly moving and transporting patients that are at high risk of transferring anything to him. He comes home exhausted and tries to get some rest, but his little 2-year-old doesn’t like that and always wants to play. He deserves to be recognized for all he does.

He’ll always have a smile on his face no matter how tired or overworked he is.
