Rifles, Ghost Guns Seized During Search In Gilroy: Police

Officers serving a warrant in Gilroy recovered several rifles along with guns with no serial numbers, police said.

GILROY, CA — A 42-year-old Gilroy man was arrested Thursday after police armed with a search warrant seized unregistered high-powered rifles and firearms without serial numbers, known as ghost guns, the Gilroy Police Department said.

Wilson Pagaduan was accused of firearms violations and child endangerment, and taken to Santa Clara County Jail, police said Friday.

Members of the Gilroy/Morgan Hill SWAT team served the search warrant at a residence in the 1400 block of Eagles Nest Lane, police said.
