Sour Aftermath for Man Accused of Exposing Himself at Lemonade Stand

A man who reportedly exposed his penis to three girls after buying a glass of lemonade from their lemonade stand on Lewis street  on Saturday is under arrest, according to Gilroy Police department spokeswoman Amanda Stanford.

The man, 39-year-old San Jose resident Jose Franco, was arrested on the charges of indecent exposure, marijuana possession and driving on a suspended license, according to a police press release.

Police received at report at 3:12 p.m. that Franco purchased lemonade from the stand on the 400 block of Lewis St., exposing his penis during the transaction and fleeing in a vehicle, police said.

The person reporting the alleged crime described the vehicle to police, who were able to track down Franco in the area. Police reportedly less than an ounce of marijuana on Franco, according to the release.
