Citrus College Librarian Honored for Going 'Above and Beyond'

A Citrus College librarian was recently given the first-ever "Above and Beyond – Classified Development" award, the college announced.

Karen Praeger, a library reference technician, was the first recipient of the ABCD award, which will be given out quarterly to outstanding classified employees.

"Ms. Praeger has earned this award because her work reflects her commitment to student completion and success at Citrus College," said college superintendent/president Geraldine Perri in a written statement. "She is a tremendous asset to the college and we congratulate her on this special honor."
