Dalton Hotshots Firefighting Team Celebrating 60 Years
The Angeles National Forest firefighting team is celebrating its 60th anniversary in Glendora on Saturday.
The Dalton Hotshots firefighting team will celebrate 60 years of service Saturday at the Dalton Station.
Past, present and future members of Dalton IHC will gather for a reunion at 4 p.m. at the station at 1645 Big Dalton Canyon Road. Photos and memorabilia from the unit's history will be on display.
The elite firefighting squad formed in 1953 and fights wildfires in the Angeles National Forest.
