Driver Charged With DUI in Azusa Injury Crash
A head-on collision in Azusa left a Claremont motorcyclist seriously injured Wednesday night.

A driver was arrested and charged with a DUI following a head-on collision that seriously injured a motorcyclist in Azusa Wednesday night.
The crash occurred in the 300 block of North Citrus Avenue at around 8:40 p.m., according to Azusa Police.
Police said the motorcyclist collided with the vehicle making a left turn into a shopping center. The motorcyclist was ejected and suffered serious injuries, although he was wearing a helmet. He was flown to Los Angeles County USCC Medical Center.

Jesse Morales, 24 of Azusa, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, a relative identified the injured motorcyclist as Charles Dean III, 24, of Claremont.Â
