“She is unstable right now and needs her meds,” said Oldaker of her daughter, who attends McKinley Children’s Center in San Dimas. “If she doesn’t take her medication, she can be a danger to herself.”

Sgt. Marty Amaro of Glendora Police would not provide details on the investigation as it involves a minor. However, he said the case is actively being investigated as a missing person case and attempts to locate the teenager are ongoing.

“Our goal is to reunite the missing with her family,” said Amaro.

Yvette Oldaker said she hopes her daughter will return home so she can receive the medical attention she needs.

“I love her very much and I need her home because she has a bright future,” Oldaker said. “She needs to come home. We miss her and love her and we want her safe.”

Erica Oldaker is 17 years old, 5 feet 1 inches with brown eyes and long brown air.
