Grab Coffee For A Good Cause In Glendora
Proceeds from the Empty Cups event will help provide local families in need with a Thanksgiving meal.
GLENDORA, CA — Buying a cup of coffee can help families in need this holiday season, thanks to an event being hosted this Friday by the First Christian Church of Glendora and Art Academy.
Drinkers can buy a cup of coffee for $15 at Classic Coffee, and in return, get a homemade ceramic mug to take home as part of an event called “Empty Cups.” Proceeds from the event will be used to buy families in need a Thanksgiving meal, organizers said.
The event will be from 5 to 7 p.m., and Classic Coffee is at 148 N. Glendora Ave.
