Video: Local Performers Demonstrate Horse Vaulting
Performers from the Diamond Bar Country Vaulters perform daring stunts on moving horses in Glendora.
Young performers from the Diamond Bar Country Vaulters demonstrated some of the basic, but daring moves of horse vaulting at the Carlyle Linder Equestrian Park Wednesday evening.
Coordinated by Glendora’s local horse club ETI Corral 35, the event exposed local horse owners and enthusiasts to the world of horse vaulting - gymnastics and dance performed on the back of a moving horse .The members of the Diamond Bar Country Vaulters have competed in vaulting at every national championship for the past 20 years and the world championships for the past six years.
The Diamond Bar Country Vaulters offer horse vaulting lessons to people of all ages. The group is also offering a 4-week horse vaulting camp to Glendora residents at Carlyle Linder Equestrian Park, 1000 Glendora Mountain Road, Glendora.
