Pumpkin Festival To Hold Key Meeting With Non-Profit Vendors on July 6

The Pumpkin Festival organizing committee will be holding its annual planning meeting with the festival's non-profit food and game booth vendors on Wednesday, July 6 at 7 pm at Cameron's Inn in the Gameroom.

The purpose of the meeting is to cover application procedures, discuss logistics and plans, go over insurance, health department paperwork and new foodware requirements, and field questions to ensure a well-coordinated, smooth and successful event for all.

The meeting is mandatory for non-profits that have participated in recent years, 2019 and prior (and wish to participate again), and also open to those organizations interested in applying for this year's festival.

The 2022 Pumpkin Festival will be held on October 15-16. Organizers are planning to bring the festival back at full scale using its long-established blueprint and layout on Main Street from Mill Street to Monte Vista Lane.
