Pumpkin Festival To Hold Meeting With Non-Profit Vendors on June 26

The Pumpkin Festival Committee will be holding its annual planning meeting with the festival's non-profit food and activity booth vendors on Wednesday, June 26 at 7 pm at Cameron's Inn in the Game Room.

The purpose of the meeting is to cover application procedures and the disposable food service ware ordinance, discuss logistics and plans, go over insurance and health department paperwork and requirements, and field questions to ensure a well-coordinated, smooth and successful event for all.

The meeting is mandatory for non-profits that participated last year (and wish to participate again) and also open to those interested in applying for this year's festival.

The 2024 Pumpkin Festival will be held on October 19-20.
