3 Arrested Within An Hour Near Healdsburg Parking Lot
Three arrested within an hour of each other on Tuesday in a Healdsburg plaza, bringing the total for the week to 6 in or around a plaza.
HEALDSBURG, CA — Three people were arrested within an hour of each other on Tuesday near the parking lot on North Street, including a man on parole who for a violent assault on a Healdsburg police officer.
Officers responding to the report of a violent assault in the West Plaza Park found a victim with "great bodily injury" and arrested a suspect, according to a news release from the Healdsburg Police Department. Observers said the incident happened in the parking lot. But the report identified the small plaza on North Street.
While making that arrest, officers spotted a man on parole charged in the 2023 violent assault of a Healdsburg police officer. Police said they found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his jacket. He was charged for possessing methamphetamine, resisting arrest, and for violating the conditions of his parole.

Officers were dispatched back to the West Plaza Park about an hour later on a report of an assault. Officers located the suspect fleeing the area and took him into custody for suspected battery,. according to the Healdsburg Police Department.
In the past week, officers have made six arrests in the West Plaza Park and the main plaza.
