Volunteers Needed for Jazz Festival

The First HJF Volunteer Meeting, on Tuesday, March 13, 6 p.m. at , was held despite the fact that Alliance was closed. A facilities worker let the volunteers in for their meeting, but subsequent meeting dates have been changed to Thursdays, as below.

The Healdsburg Jazz Festival is a non-profit organization, and it literally runs on volunteer energy.  We believe that since jazz has been the definitive American music for the past 100 years, keeping it alive and vital is a labor of love. Volunteer your time, energy and expertise to the Healdsburg Jazz Festival by joining one of our committees.

Past and new volunteers welcome. There are two remaining general meetings for volunteers this spring, in preparation for the 2012 Healdsburg Jazz Festival. All are welcome, but encouraged to attend the earliest meeting first so you can work on projects you enjoy and are qualified for. The dates are:

Meetings start at 6:30 pm, and are held at the Alliance Medical Center, 1341 University St. (The entrance is off Prentice Street behind the Healdsburg Hospital.) We meet in one of the conference rooms on the second floor of the Center. For a map follow this link
