Healdsburg City Hall To Close For The Holidays

City officials shared a list of resources for residents in need of assistance over the next two weeks.

HEALDSBURG, CA — Healdsburg City Hall will close for the holidays on Christmas Eve and will not reopen for regular business until Jan. 6.

City officials announced the closure on Monday and shared a list of contacts for residents who require assistance over the next two weeks:

  • Fire/Life Safety emergencies: 911
  • Water, electric, wastewater or street emergencies: (707) 431-7000
  • Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) natural gas services: (800) 743-5000
  • Recology garbage services: (800) 243-0291
  • Utility start requests (locations currently on): utilitybilling@healdsburg.gov or (707) 431-3307
  • Utility start requests (locations currently off): (707) 431-7000
  • Utility stop requests: utilitybilling@healdsburg.gov or (707) 431-3307
  • Utility payments: Payments can be made online. All other payments received (parking lot drop box, mail, fax, or voicemail) will be processed and posted on Monday, January 6, 2025. No late fees will be assessed.
