Missing Man Hospitalized In Critical Condition
The 79-year-old man was found in a creek bed and was rushed to a hospital, police said.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A 79-year-old man reported missing from Santa Rosa was in critical condition Thursday after he was found in a creek bed, the Santa Rosa Police Department said.
Richard Cleverly was reported missing Wednesday afternoon from the 4200 block of Thomas Lake Harris Drive in the Fountaingrove area of Santa Rosa.
Police issued a news release Wednesday evening asking the community to be on the lookout for the missing man.

Around 12:40 p.m. Thursday, detectives and staff from his elderly residential community were out looking for Cleverly when they found him in a creek bed about a half-mile from his residence off Thomas Lake Harris, police said.
"He was transported to a local hospital and is currently in critical condition," police said Thursday afternoon.
