William Roberts Konrad, Jr.: July 19, 1940 - Oct. 19, 2022
HEALDSBURG, CA — William Roberts Konrad, Jr. left this world on October 19, 2022, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born on July 19, 1940, in East Lansdown, Pennsylvania, attended Bonner High School and graduated from Villanova University with a degree in accounting. He got a job as a CPA with Ernst & Ernst in 1962 in Baltimore, MD. He moved to Italy in 1965 to work with Whinney Murry Ernst & Ernst, where he and Trudi had a 13-year honeymoon until their return to the United States in 1978. He was a partner with Ernst & Young in Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose until his retirement in 1999. Bill was not your typical CPA with his joie de vivre, outgoing personality, and enthusiasm for making new friends. He was kind, generous, and full of encouragement for his family and those who worked for him.
