Registered Sex Offender Arrested Near Healdsburg Preschool
Healdsburg police arrested a registered sex offender on suspicion of probation violations and narcotics possession.

HEALDSBURG, CA —Healdsburg police said they arrested a registered sex offender officers found living near a preschool.
Police said they arrested Thomas Flugrad on Tuesday and booked him into the Sonoma County Jail for having a controlled substance and for living within 200 feet of a preschool, both violations of the terms of his probation.
He is listed on the California Megan's Law website as a transient Healdsburg resident on probation for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.
