Texas "Most Wanted" Criminal Arrested In Windsor
A "Most Wanted" gang member from the Houston Texas Police Department was apparently seen inside one of the hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn.
WINDSOR - Windsor Police arrested a “Most Wanted” gang member from Texas at a local motel Monday morning.
At 9:48 a.m., Windsor Police Department officers went to the Hampton Inn in search of 45-year-old Paul Rasco, a “Most Wanted” gang member from the Houston, Texas Police Department.
Windsor officers had information Rasco was inside one of the hotel rooms. Rasco is wanted for two felony warrants for assault in Texas.

Eleven deputies from the Windsor Police Department and Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office, including a K9 team, set up a perimeter.
As an added measure of security, rooms on either side of the target room were left unoccupied.

Police say they made a phone call into Rasco’s room. He stepped out of the room and surrendered to Windsor PD without incident.
Rasco was taken into custody and booked into Sonoma County jail. He awaits extradition to Texas to face the assault charges.
Another person was detained in association with Rasco, but police have not revealed details about that person.
