Hermosa Stylist to Blog for Patch

She has been a fashion correspondent for British Vogue, authored a book titled Closet Control, and styled not only fashion models and celebrities but also men and women of all sizes, ages and incomes since 2004.

Now Hermosa Beach resident and personal stylist Barbra Horowitz will be joining Hermosa Beach Patch to launch her own personal Patch blog Tuesday.

Horowitz, a native of San Francisco who was previously living in Hollywood, moved to Hermosa Beach last year.

“I really like the people I’m meeting here,” she told Patch just a few months after moving. “Everyone’s really cool.”

As a way to share her passion for style and connect with her neighbors, Horowitz will be authoring a blog on Patch that will feature her everyday Hermosa Beach experiences.

Some of her pieces will point readers to special shopping deals and finds, both locally and online, for anything related to fashion and beauty.

"I want it to be 'feel good' and readers to have fun as I experience Hermosa Beach culture," Horowitz said. "I want people to get excited about getting dressed and being themselves.”
