While riding his bicycle in the parking lot Saturday night, a man got into an argument that left him with an injured ribcage and damaged bicycle. The altercation happened around 8:36 p.m., according to police reports. The suspect in the argument reportedly kicked the front rim of the man’s bike and punched the man in the lower left ribcage.

Lifting beer

An underage thief ran out of the on PCH with a 12-pack of beer, according to police reports. The 19-year-old suspect fled the scene without paying for the beer. The crime was reported around 1:51 a.m.
