Shots Fired During Fight Strike Homes

No one is injured but police are searching for a gunman and another male involved in an altercation on Loma Drive early Tuesday morning.

Loma Drive residents heard gunshots around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday after a fight among four men, according to police. No one was injured, but some bullets struck nearby homes.

Two men involved in the fight near the 1300 block of Loma Drive told police that they tried to run away, but the gunman followed and fired.

Police are searching for two males. The gunman is described as Latino, 20 years old, 5-feet-9-inches tall, 150 pounds, with curly hair and wearing a light shirt and blue jeans.

The other male being sought is described as Latino, 17 years old, 5-feet-8-inches tall, 140 pounds, with a shaved head and wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans.

The two were last seen driving toward Pier Avenue in a dark-colored, four-door Honda.
