HERMOSA BEACH, CA — What do you on your summer vacation when you want to impress the recruiters at Cal football? If you're Orange County native Chase Garbers, you complete a trick shot off the Hermosa Beach Pier, of course.

The Corona Del Mar High star stood on the pier and perfectly completed a pass to a surfer riding the waves down below. No doubt it was a feat that takes skills to nail (and multiple takes?)

Garber is heading into his senior year at Corona Del Mar where he hopes to play for UC Berkeley in 2017.
